All user generated content such as uploaded images and text is moderated. Any content that is deemed inappropriate will be immediately removed.

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. My Showcase Space is evolving and we may add, change or remove features without notice.

Making Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle act as the official legal seller of our digital goods and handles global tax compliance. Depending on your location, the specific contracting Paddle entity will be:
- United States: Paddle.com Inc. (Astoria, NY, USA)
- Canada: Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd. (Toronto, ON, Canada)
- United Kingdom and Rest of World: Paddle.com Market Limited (London, UK)

Free Trials
Where a paid subscription includes a 14-day free trial, no subscription payment will be taken during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically continue as a paid subscription and the applicable subscription price will then be charged according to the selected billing frequency (monthly or yearly). The trial end date, recurring subscription price and next payment date will be shown to you when you start the trial and in the confirmation email provided by Paddle.
Recurring Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing frequency (monthly or yearly) selected when you subscribe. When you start a paid subscription, you authorise Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, to collect the subscription price using your chosen payment method. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it.
Cancelling Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Our Refund Policy sets out when refunds are available. You can cancel your subscription in several ways:-
- from your account page after signing in to My Showcase Space
- by following the links sent to you in emails from Paddle
- by visiting Paddle.net
If a payment cannot be collected, Paddle may retry the payment and may subsequently cancel the subscription if payment remains unsuccessful.
User Content, Public Display and Copyright
When you upload, submit, or publish any content on this platform (including text, images, designs, or other materials), you confirm that you either own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it. You retain full ownership of your content at all times. Nothing in these Terms transfers your copyright to us. Where you choose to make your portfolio or pages publicly accessible, you acknowledge that your content may be viewed by anyone on the internet. We will not claim ownership of your content or represent it as our own. We love showcasing our users' talent! We may feature your designs in our community gallery which will help in promoting your work. If you prefer not to have your content featured in this way, you may request its removal from such displays by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email.
